Adjusted He Regulator

Hi all,
My friend, he had adjusted Regulator "He", and Oven 2 of GC, I think it is fault, Base line is not good, HCDP is very low, Can you help us? and do you have a flash about C9+ for Danalyzer On-line Gas Chromatographs
Model 500 C9+ Flow Diagram and fomular HCDP?
