Can Agilent 1050 link to Waters 2410 RI detector?

Hi all,
We have Agilent 1050 pump and VWD with ChemStation ver A.10.2. And Agilent 35900E A/D box.
Can this system link to Waters 2410 RI detector (or even older model Waters 410 RI detector) by GPIB interface (IEEE-488)? How to do that?
If not possible, is there any other solution?
Thanks a lot!!!

Use RI's analog output to feed the A/D.
As it's a RI detector, there's not much need for programming, remote starts etc. etc. There may be a contact closure you can use to zero the detector when an injection is made.

I used to have a system comprising of:_
Waters 6000A Pump, HP 1050 Autosampler, HP VWD, Waters 410 RI feeding to Chemstation via an HP 35900 on HPIB.
As DR notes, you can use the analog signal out, and can also use some of the 1050 remote functions to trigger the RI start. That's what I would start with.
From memory, zero and purge on the RI can be remotely triggered, but I think the pulse requirements may be different than what's available on the autosampler. That can be a problem if using volatile solvents that evoparte from the reference channel of the 410, and you may need to purge the reference every hour or so.
I think I decided not to investigate the GPIB control route because the local Agilent person said the 1050 was unlikely to work with the Waters components. The manuals for each have details on the trigger systems for each component.
Please keep having fun,
