Hi,
I am currently separating some isomers by CE using cyklodextrines as selectors. I need to use quite high concentrations of gama-CD (35 mM) but the problem is, that despite filtration of the BGE, long (30 min) ultrasonication, I ve got an extremely hairy (noisy) baseline.
The BGE consists of 100 mM glycine buffer. The current is not very high (50 uA). Could anybody give me an advice how to lower the noise, please ? Thanks.
