Hallo,
i have a FPLC AKTA from amersham. I want to use it for speration of single strand DNA 20-100 bases. I have a problem of pressure as it cant go more than 10 Mpa. Is it enough to use a better pump or longer column. I dont see any peaks in the graph. Or there is no option than replacing with new HPLC which is costly.
Please help me in this regard,
Greetings,
Harish.

you should find the suitable column for the ssDNA seperation. and according to the column and packing material requirement choose the equipment.

what is the the column and conditions you want to use?
do you want to have a good separation between n to n-1?
are these "end protected" ssDNA?
