methyl Silane(CH3SIH3) & TriMethyl Silane(C3H10SI)separa

Hi everybody,
I would like to know what would be the best column to allow a separation between Methyl Silane(CH3SIH3) and Tri Methyl Silane(C3H10SI)?
I would prefer to use packed column if possible but can also work with capillary column.
