I am worrking on neurotransmitters having coulchem lll detector,5011A cell, and, 5020 gurd cell with shim PAck C 18 column.I want to measure dopamine, dopac,HVA,adrenaline,5hiaa,in one chromatogram and and using single mob phase.Does any one has right method for this clearly depicting, Mob phase, detector potential, etc.with best regards.

Some companies in Europe (for example Recipe in Germany) sell you a complete kit for this type of analysis. You may be better off looking at these options instrad of developing such methods on your own.

Our lab is trying to develop a method that is very similar to what you want to develop. But from the beginning I have already wanted to check special kits like what was mentioned by Uwe...they want the more cumbersome method...they had some issues about commercially developed kits.
