I am currently using Agilent Masshunter to do qualitative analysis of TOF data. This involves reprocessing files to look for new analytes of interest. However, the software is very slow and buggy. It takes minutes to load a batch (~125) files and then many more minutes to run "Find by Formula" for a relatively small number of chemicals (5-8). I need to evaluate 10s of thousands of files.

Does anyone have any suggestions for software options that might be faster? I know TOF data files are large and contain a LOT of information, but the masshunter software is constantly hanging and crashing. I did evaluate the computer I am using and it has plenty of processing power and RAM.
