Dear farynaaa:
Try to contact major vendors/suppliers, and ask for leads.
They may recommend a specific model, or a competing brand. Ask for sale brochure/press release.

farynaaa,

do you have any kind of chromatography method?
in TLC or HPLC?
this is you bases for deciding what is best for you.

you might be able to do what you need with a low to medium pressure system with flash columns, it might be by far less expensive then HPLC.

but you need to have a basis of knowledge based on what you currently do

Below are nucleotides separated on Unison UK-Amino:

Cyclic mononucleotides: http://www.imtakt.com/TecInfo/TI454E.pdf
Coenzymes: http://www.imtakt.com/TecInfo/TI449E.pdf
Adenosine phosphates: http://www.imtakt.com/TecInfo/TI448E.pdf
Sugar phosphates: http://www.imtakt.com/TecInfo/TI446E.pdf

The separation is done under normal phase conditions with
TEAA buffer (volatile).
