Those look like typical low pressure fittings, can just purchase complete tubes with the ends on from chromatography suppliers...like tubes to and from a degasser.

To me, looks like the metal sleeve inserted on the tube, then plastic end piece pressed into the tubing, then metal sleeve moved over to hold the end fitting in place.

Correct, these are your standard low pressure tubes. I have a couple ends that got cut off and was hoping to replaces the two connectors. If the solution is new tubing I can do that.

For people searching in the future...

You are looking for a "Flangless Fitting" 1/8in tubing, 1/4-28 nut

Those are actually the Lite Touch fittings from Upchurch( I think they are owned by IDEXX now). The metal ring compresses the outside of the vespel flangless fitting to compress it against the tubing. They also make them for standard 1/16" tubing in the high pressure flow path. I have always had good luck with those, and unlike metal fittings they can be reused if you are careful.
