Quattro Premier XE - no high voltages

Quattro Premier XE - no high voltages

Hi, I'm trying to get used Quattro Premier XE to working order.
The issue I see is that -430, +430, +1350 and -1350 voltages on diagnostic page are all close to zero. What could be the reason, dead power source? It stays like this in and out of operate.

Could anyone send me a screenshot of Diagnostic screen of a working system?

Hmm, OK, they don't mention in documentation nitrogen pressure is prerequisite for turning HV :-) Works!
