Unresolved peaks with strange shape

Hello everyone, I have encountered a strange problem with residual solvents method run on Gas Chromatograph and Headspace Sampler.
The peaks are not being resolved. Instead a very broad and deformed solvent peak is obtained (8 min width)instead of normal 0.2min width. Solvent used is Dimethylformamide.
The strange thing is that it is not the first time running this particular method and product. All of a sudden just this particular product is not being resolved. (All other methods run on the same system work fine). Changed to brand new column and still the same. Changed to another GC and still same outcome.
Anyone has ever encountered such a problem!
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

How do you know that peak is due to the solvent ?

What happens if you run an empty vial ?

Details of your set up and cosntitions will get you a useful answer quicker. The more you don't tell us the more we can't help you.
