Resetting lamp hours for Shimadzu 2030 HPLC?

I've installed a new D2 lamp into my Shimadzu 2030 HPLC but I can't seem to figure out how to reset the lamp hours in the maintenance section within the instrument modules. Several of the options are grayed out and won't let me click on them. I've tried logging in using the default "00000" but it still won't let me update the lamp hours. Any help is appreciated!

Are you using LabSolutions? Go to the start menu on your PC, find LabSolutions and see if there is an Instrument Maintenance tool, i.e. separate software to LabSolutions, but in the same folder. I think the hours reset might be somewhere in there?
