Communication error Agilient 1100 running chromeleon 6.8

Hi All,
I am currently using an Agilient 1100 running chromeleon 6.8.
I have just received this error message.

[Error] 17:28:12 {Pump} Communication error: LICOP command not acknowledged.
(pump on rejected while leak or shutdown or error )

I have been using the HPLC for over a year now and this is the first time I have seen this error message, do you have any ideas on how to resolve this ?
I currently cannot operate the HPLC.

You have to dry the leak sensor of the pump, then reset the pump (in Chromeleon menu "Control -> Command... -> Pump -> Reset, or turn off and on the pump)
