i have confusion in detemination of RRF in my substance which is contain salt (rizatriptan benzoate). When i determine the RRF generaly i use the potency of drug for corrected mass but in this case my substance contain approx 30 percent benzoic acid as a salt form. So which potncy should i consider 70 percent or 100 percent?
I mean to say the 30 percent weight correcton should i applied?
