Can you continuously purge the autosampler compartment with Nitrogen and run your samples?
My guess is that brushless motors should not produce sparks, but you can get ozone even without sparks.

If you are sucking air vacuum, you are continuously evacuate oxigen from the system . And solvent evaporation => minimised energy (temperature in flack). Vapor solvent => a "gas cushion" up the solvent.

Dear, remember childhood. And pick the at least one fan. Only the "chYnese" hair dryers have collector engines. Room fans have induction motors.
Induction motors do not spark and the ozone does not form.
