Constant flow is constant velocity, set it for constant flow and then set your velocity and chemstation will use it to set the appropriate flow.
Oops didn't notice the 2nd page. Chemstation is now in B.04.01 and now displays flows all fancy along with temperature program. I don't think they took anything out.

JI2002 have shared some excellent input on the second page. Here is an excerpt.
Carrier gas average linear velocity increases with the pressure during temperature ramp in constant flow mode. Constant flow is diffwerent than Fc, which is average flow rate.
Have you used B.04.01 Chemstation? How do you like it? Hope it has got rid of the inconveniences of the B.03.01

Yeah that is correct.
I have upgraded a few systems and installed a few with the new version but haven't used it extensively myself. They have changed quite a few things aesthetically and I know that some bugs have been fixed but I haven't seen the changelog so I can't tell you guys for sure what all has been changed.
