I feel your pain!! I came from a lab using Chromeleon, an absolutely brilliant piece of software, to using ChemStation/ChemStore...

It probably took us the best part of a year to figure out all the 'in's and out's', and it still didn't really do everything we needed!
I just saw the title of this thread and I must say I totally agree. There are so many things I could do with Millenium, empower, MassLynx, ClassVP and whatever the Varian LC/MS software was called. I mentioned this to my boss and he said I'm the 1st person he's heard say that Chemstation was so frustrating. Its like it was designed many decades ago and not upgraded. But everyone else totally disagrees because they've used Chemstation all their lives. It is great at what it does but is too limited in its functions for my liking.
