One idea would be to use a broad molecular eight standard and use a broad standard calibration curve. Using a Broad standard or Integral calibration method will allow you to push the calibration curve to a higher limit. Most GPC software packages support his type of calibration method. The key will be finding a sufficiently high enough molecular weight broad PEO standard for this type of calibration. Also, extrapolation error is a big worry, as mentioned above. Using a broad standard and or integral calibration might help.

The main reason we have stuck with the narrow range low molecular standards for calibration curve is because we cant seem to find high molecular range PEO standard. This highest I have is around 1M MW :(
Any one have any ideas or knows where I could get some high MW standards? :idea: Thanks.
