QA and the like are populated by failed or poor scientists in general.

The 'thick' one from your college is usually to be seen driving around in a huge BMW and is QA or "Stop Things Happening' manager somewhere.

It is indeed an unfair world!

Don't get me on to health and safety people though. They make the QA guys look like visionaries!
Hmmm. Here at our place the safety guys are reporting to the QA guys....

i am doing the variations due to pH, concentration of buffer i don't have any issue with that (which is a routine pratice). so answe again for my question.

Vijay,

I think your initial question has been answered but just to make sure: in your original post what do you mean by "buffer composition"?
Are you refering to the concentration of the buffer?
