My apologies avrc, I did not mean to offend Ihave also got the same instrument and software and have had some problems with the software so I sympathise. I havent had it very long so am still finding my way around it. Good luck and I hope you resolve the problem pretty soon.

No need to feel sorry; I just pointed out to you what you might have over-looked. We bought the inst. and software a year ago and still struggling to put it into regular use.
