Ha, thanks for that tip DR. Next time one of the analysts is going to be out and asks me to process some samples for him I'll pull out that bottle I have stashed away. Then the next morning when he comes in and cruches the numbers and looks at how clean the chromatography is I can just say "heh, just gotta have that SPE touch". Will just have to make sure the analysis is down around 200nm.

Sorry I haven't followed up in a while but amazingly that project got put on hold. I think the way we are going to go is with an external standard calc against a 1µg/ml concentration of butaconazole. It what we should have done all along.
