We have kept lipids, dissolved and pure, in freezers (-18°C) for years without visible effects. Some people claim trouble, some of it not being possible (chemically), some probably happened before freezing. You may want to read Clin Chim Acta, 124, 343-349 (1982).

maybe there s missleading. i mean enzymes stock solution? or its the same thing? if i hve 5 milligram standerd i think that it is diffecult to handle it and use it severla times. so there must be way to have its vial as stock solution then -since it will be calculated- every time i want millimoles of it i can easy pipit few microlitters .
is what am talking about is true?
