Thankyou Carlo and Imh again I cannot thank you enough.
I will look into the PRP-x110 columns if I cannot get anything happening.
I was going to try ammonium acetate in the mobile phase today (as I did not get any peak after the wash and putting the ammonium formate back in the mobile phase on Friday). Also, I was going to investigate the solubility of the compound in various concentrations of Aq.acetonitrile. However....now that I have printed out some of those great papers you suggested Carlo I just want to read them first.
BTW, it's great the way you can obtain papers immediately now.
Years ago I would have to go to libraries, or get them to order them in, or physically go to the university, hospital etc. to photocopy them.
