No indeed, does an off the shelf SFC-MS instrument even exist ?

Agilent claim the 1260 Infinity SFC system interfaces to 6100 (SQ), 6200 (TOF), 6400 (QTOF), and 6500 (QQQ) series LC/MS systems if you want an out of box system.

Interface of SFC to MS was a driving force for SFC development. The old LC/MS systems used a moving belt interface and getting solvents to evaporate off leaving the compounds of interest was tough , let alone buffers. Using CO2 based SFC solvents with modifiers worked much better :)
