Hello
It is quite strange discussion...
You can not really compare 2 systems using absolute response for peaks. Below few thing that can affect absolute response:
- liner and glass wool position (evaporation problems for some compounds can cause different responses)
- makeup gas flow (small differences +/- 0.5 ml/min can affect peak height)
- electronics (you will never have 2 identical electrometers)
I agree with previous comments: you need to provide more information...and if you think that it doesn't matter my answer is: it matters
