Now one of the supporting agency of Bruker in india was provided the engineer and he visited and communicates us that the Detector cell is not in good condition ( As I am not exactly understand what he want to say) and may be our detector is dead in terms of sensitivity.
still I don't know what exact he wants to communicate.

I don't neglect that this ECD cell is dirty, worn, broken, out of order ... whatever.
But the fault may be in electronics as well.

yes you are absolutely right and we also have very Bad experience with Brukar where in one of my equipment they are not able to find out the exact faulty part and we invested continuously on various parts and still this equipment is not in the position of run.
so that is the story of Bruker.

I feel your pain. To avoid buying unnecessary parts order repair from Bruker not parts and work.
Bruker may replace parts as diagnostic measure, but you will pay only for necessary replacement.

Yes you are right. I tried it with the engineer of Bruker partner for varian GC authorised service provider of Bruker GC & GC/MS as well as old Varian instruments AnaSys Solutions AM309, Abhimanyu Apartment
Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi 110096

but as this part is too costly and this company is not ready to provide us any part on the basis of check and replace or to check which exact part is to be replaced.
I feel that this one is a wishful thinking in india to work with bruker correctly as well as we may get correct replacement of the required part.
thanks for guiding me.
