I would still not call Waters Acquity a very good and reliable system and I have information from other labs that they have similar problems with Acquity robustness. I still rather use classical LC equipment with core-shell columns and avoid the classical Acquity unless it is absolutely necessary for the speed. I have no experience of the H-class, which is more of an improved Alliance. (Alliance has been robust during the years, although with large void volumes.)
