Folks seem to be forgetting the injection liner volume. I would bet under the conditions stated that the expansion volume of the solvent exceeds the volume of the liner. As I recall a 4mm dia liner volume is about 900ul .
You ask for trouble if you inject 3 ul and split 1:100.

Besidet teh huge risk of backflash and contamination of the injection port gas lines such huge amounts never can give a good split injection because your injection port will not be able to deliver enough energy in the short time allocated for evaporation in a splitted mode. Inject 3x less and split 1 : 33.

Also: use a Precision liner with Quartzwool. This is very important for good evaporation.
You wil get RSD < 1%, guarabteed.
Injection temperature around 250C;
