As stated a number of times it's not Dionex's software or instrument. If Agilent had released a normal driver for their instruments and given the responsibility of implementing it to CDS suppliers then fair enough. The ICF is an Agilent piece of software it has nothing to do with Dionex or any other CDS supplier who is effectively forced into using it.
