i have read this article and learn from it。but i think in principle this method inferior to USP467，the former external standard quantitate，the latter spiked solution quantitate，in view of matrix influence，more reasonable。Here is a good article for free if you can't get to a library to read ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY.
