If you meant the ratio 18/69 NOT 18/19 then you have a leak. m/z 18 should be below 10% of m/z 69. I assume you are using PFTBA for tuning.

Are you running purge and trap of aqueous samples?

If so, when you ran your blank was the sample holder empty (no water)?

I'm working only with "gas sample",
additionaly till now i use only calibration mixture which is pure.
I dont use manual injection, but system of valves.

I cant remove watre is still elevated lewel of water.
18/69 is about 15%
but i did leak test and i didnt find any leak
I know this is an old post, but I thought I'd comment since I had the same problem. I purchased a GC from Texas where the gas lines sat open for a summer in the humidity. We had no air leak in our system, but our water was too high. We ended up finding the water source in our EFC tubing and filters. To move the water along, we set our GC oven with column attached on a high temperature and turned the gas flows on. Using a heat gun, (and attempting to not destroy the lines and filters) we moved the water along from the lines to the GC injector. As we did this, the water levels spiked. Afterwards, the water passed. We haven't had any problems since. Hope this helps anyone else with this problem!
