Hello Eselmeister,
If I may make some suggestions:
1) In light of the above, if you modified Openchrom to accept chromatograms,
and not just MS data, then more people/students may use Openchrom,
to view data they have acquired. ( Having it accept -ve numbers would be cool too)
2) The shift RT, the amount shifted left or right could not be changed, which was annoying, as a signal
chromatogram has more points per second than an MS.
( I don't know how you would go about saving alignment data for people running with splitters or
different instruments)
3) An Auto Y scaling when overlaying chromatograms checkbox .
