Dear all
Sorry to back this threat since 2012.
The column is now "gone", and I would like to know any one have experience on re-pack the column for HPLC.
Do you think it is feasible?

Thanks all and have nice day

Thanh

It's feasible, but probably not cost-effective. The resin (Aminex A7) costs about as much as the packed column. In addition, it takes some tweaking to pin down the exact conditions (I was the manager of the group that developed and commercialized that column back in the late 70s; we used to pack a half-dozen test columns for each new batch of resin in order to re-optimize the conditions).
