I also share that I used ionpairing method and talked to you 7 days ago. It is not successfull to use it, because tR Met is not tM, so, pic Vildagliptin is not appear.
So...I haven't found a new method.

So that I understand, metformin + the ion-pairing agent is now eluting away from the void volume, and Vildagliptin is not eluting at all?

This is horrible luck. I am sorry to hear it.

Will the next move be to HILIC, then?
