What brand and model are you using? Do you have a set of manuals for it?

Its a Shimadzu instrument. The Solvent Delivery Module is an LC-20AD. I do have manuals that I've read, but they aren't being very helpful.

Shimadzu wants to charge us $2,520 for a new proportioning valve...Please tell me there is some troubleshooting I can do before I agree to that!
