Since you have access to 100% nitrous oxide, I would recommend using the dilution scheme set out by Rodney. Heise makes gauges which can be used for this sort of work. If it were me, I would dilute down to what I thought was 100 ppm and run that against the other mix I bought at 100 ppm.
