Yes I have read through, but permit me to say, I am still confused on how to carry on.
Is it the head space suggestion that I should follow?
Is it possible to integrate the whole several peaks and assume the injected Glyoxal concentration from there? I am really stuck at this point as this is the very initial stage of my research. I am yet to find a way out. Please help me further if you can. Thanks in anticipation.

YOU SHOULD

"investigate IC and wet chemistry methods .... as well as the possibility of headspace analysis".

You should do the work, not sit here and wait for someone to do the work for you.

To determine if this analysis is possible you must do the evaluation. No one offering advice freely on this forum gets paid to do research for free, just for the opportunity to post an answer.

I gave you possible markers of reaction products which may occur.

Please let us know what you discover after you do the research. It would prove interesting, and I wish you good luck,

Rod
