fastislip“s initial post seems to indicate that the large complex emerges near the time of the small "monomers". That indicates to me that the complex had disintegrated.

or that the dextran-mers are agregating
since the column used so far are for exclusion limits of 1000KDa and up
I wonder, does the sample needs to settle in solution before being analysed simply by letting it relax?
it is something that is needed sometime for big organic polymers when solved in solution.

Well, if they aggregated they would come out at rt of large molecules. So where do they come?
