I have a lamp for your 991 [ says it's new on the box ] if you want it, just pay for the shipping.
And, we still sell and install plenty of the 717Plus autosamplers , they work well as a rule.
GC- HP 5890 Series II - still in full operational order
LC - waters 717 autosamplers, 510 pumps and a 991 detector (runs on a windows 3.1 PC !!)

We have a Carlo Erba HRGC 5300 series fid+ecd....it's the first instrument my boss bought for the laboratory (like 30 years ago) and i still use it sometimes for halogenated screening. It just can't run any quantitative analysis though.

We had an old Ivan Sorvall centrifuge that was so old (from the 1950s, I believe), even the Sorvall Company had never heard of that model !!!
Does this count, from the 1970s: my calculator, I use this every day.
The on-off switch broke about 2 years ago, and I had this toggle switch lying around, and a file folder plastic tab had a nice tint....
Not in the picture above, but last week the "+" button broke off and got lost. So I broke off the "%" button that I've never used, and silicone-glued it into the "+" place to restore operation.

I'm still mad because someone stole my idea for the camera phone:

OMG! I just found that Perkin Elmer under some safety shoes on a shelf the other day!
We also have a centrifuge that I noticed on Fringe in Walter's lab and which also I surprisingly seen on Dexter the other night! Even Dexter is old school.

How about an analog Waters 501 pump, compressed air-driven 712 WISP autosampler, and 745 integrator?

In our lab we have two UV 160A from Shimadzu working pretty well, and of course, a microscope from around the 60s. And I`m 29 years old..... still lots of things to discover....

UV 160A from Shimadzu ..
Those things seems to run forever, not too long ago we tossed out our last one used by operators to check cleaning fluids samples (typically solvents), not because the instrument did not work but due to general upgrade.
Indeed you still have lots of things to discover

which is nice.

Carlo Erba Fractovap 2450, FID unit and oven operational (made in 1979).
A few years ago we tried to revitalize two UR-10 spectrometers, one made in 1954. To no avail...
