If you anticipate using 100% ACN regularly, you should look into ceramic cartridge check valves. They tend to stand up to ACN much better than Saphire/Ruby based units do. If Waters does not have them, Optimize Technologies can set you up (as can Upchurch and other vendors, probably).

Thanks for the solid info. BTW, the pressure stabilized even more today. +/- 30 PSI (980 PSI avg.)
