Well just got back from my hols...

We have had Agilent in to check the system out and he is getting results with his 'isocratic' phase that are similar to each other...

I am going to try premixed phase injections and see if the MCGV is causing the problem (usually it affects retention times but it is worth a try!!

Will post when I have more info!

What does it matter that one system has bigger peaks then the other? You will need to calibrate each system individually and all of the peaks will be "attenuated" to the correct calibration curve. We all kow some instruments are "hotter" then others maybe you got the "hottest' off the assembly line. The lamp intensities will make somewhat of a difference in absorption.....IF you were to take the "good method parameters" and move that to the other unit you will still see differences. Juast go with what you have if your calibration works well...
