you are right, UV 190 is to low for 50:50. PH =5.5

I do not understand the abbreviations MB and BTW.

MB is a typo mistake for MP= mobile phase
BTW is "by the way"

If you want to see your analytes in UV, you either need to use a phosphate buffer or no buffer. Sorry for insisting that HILIC on silica might be the better solution.
