snip... I'm not sure if the volatiles market is big enough for Agilent to pay that much attention to, especially with the new focus on life sciences and LCMS.
I dunno, that's way above my pay grade. All I know is I'm stuck with this hunkajunk...I guess I'll just have to clean the source a few thousand times and hope they come up with a fix in the near future. :( :( :(

Hey Walt save yourself some time and don't switch unless you want to. I'm having the same issues as you using a "73"!

We have been dealing with this issue for years and have "part of a fix" for you. Give my tech support group a call at 800-283-3510 and they will give you the PN for a larger draw out plate etc. This really does seem to help with most of this. If not, we can help tweak some additional P&T parameters for you.
