I wonder what a programmable oven could do for baking.

If nothing else, could I eat cookies sooner after they are done without burning my mouth (using the oven fan to cool them rather than just the ambient air in the kitchen)?
Could make for some fun and tasty experiments :)

Cook with a Chemist sounds like a good youtube channel :lol:
