We are using the zorbax cyano column (7.5cm*4.0mm) for the analysis.
we are facing the problem that the column shows high pressure and
tailing factor is about 2.5

We do regular wash to the column and keep properly.

Do you have any advice please tell me ?

I am still new in the area. I reply because no one has replied since your posting. You may know more than I do but when you have high backpressure I heard people saying:
1) get a new column;
2) check the online filter if there is one;
3) check the guard column if there is one;
4) check the frit;
5) if all above are not your case, back wash the column. Make sure you column is allowed to back wash before you do it. How good your column is after the back washing depends on the quality or status of your column such as how much void volume. Good luck.
Excel

May it be an aged column? It may need replacement…
