Hi, I am performing BFB tuning for my TD-GCMS. I keep getting above 100% for my 174/95 ratio. Is there a way to lower it to between 50-100%? I read somewhere that by increasing the ion energy, the ratio could pass? Is "ion energy" the "EIEnergy" in the agilent manual tune window? If so, how much should I increase??

Yes, you can ramp the emission current and pick the max. Also try to get 131 and 219 to between 40- 50% of 69 in your manual tune.
