spilt peak

hi,I have been using metrohm 792basic,we have just replaced the ic column and supress column with new ones , everything is ok,but two monthes later all the peaks was spiltted ,anyone can tell me why is so?

Either a partially-plugged frit at the column inlet or else a void space at the head of the column.
