One last try at being absolutely clear:

We need a description of what you do, not the raw results that come out at the end of it. I have plenty of raw data of my own to analyse.

OK ,sure Peter. I added the triglycerides and esterified them with sulfuric.A and Propanol. extracted the esters with 2ml Hexane and transfer them to a GC vial, dry the solvent with nitrogen flow and re-dissolve the esters with 2 ml DCM again. DCM was added with precision Hamilton syringe to GC vials. I have multiplied the ammount of esters that GC software is reporting, by two, as my final solution in GC vials is in 2ml. Now what I am getting in GC is around 109% recovery.

Not unless you provide the necessary details - so far all you have provided is an outline of the process, with nothing that will allow anyone to work out why you have a quantitative discrepancy in your results.

You don't seem to understand what is needed or to be able to supply it.

Give the actual calculations which include the real numbers and the parameters, like 0.17 grams / mL , 0.1245 moles of Palmitic acid methyl ester, where XXX grams equals one mole, etc.

No one can check your math or your proper construction of the equations when the equation is only described in general terms as you have provided.

Peter, for instance, has been generous with his help to those on the Forum, but you have to give him (and us) what is required to check your work and to offer any advice.
