Do you know which EzChrom version is the same as Chromquest version 5.0?

why does it matter?
ezchrom is chromquest overall.

you can try ezchrom, CM 6.X
both should support a thermo HPLC
check that the software version supports the modules you have
and see for at least which firmware version of that module
