The only one I have direct experience with is DryLab (by way of full disclosure, I used to help develop and support it). Information at:

I have only used Dry-Lab, and I am quite happy with the work it is doing. If you have good data in, you can get really good predictions. The program is quite intuitive to use.

The only negative thing is that is "crashes" too often. If I use it for a whole day, it is likely to go down 3-4 times with the enoying little message: "The program has to close, sorry for the inconvenience" So click save often!

This can of course be due to some incompabilities with our OS or virus program or something else... I have no idea.

May it be some calculation error in the program?

there are some other programs: chromsmart and chromsword. i have no experience with chromsmart, but i got the chance to take a look at chromsword. for rp chromatograpy it is quite sophisticated; you will get acceptable results very quick. chromsword is sold by several vendors and is capable to use hardware form waters, agilent and hitachi.
